A useful correction includes

  • The page address and the exact sentence or data point.
  • The primary source that supports the correction.
  • The date you accessed the source and the jurisdiction involved.
  • Whether the issue could affect a deadline, eligibility, or safety decision.

How corrections will be handled

  • Consequential errors should be reviewed before cosmetic issues.
  • Corrected claims should receive a new review date and source note.
  • Unresolved conflicts should be labeled rather than hidden.
